I have recently ordered a new pair of gloves (Item #8856695-1707) from your website on january 20. I received the order on january 31. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I saw that the gloves were used. The shoes had dirt all over it and there was small in front of the left fingers would go. My order number is 8856695.

To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount charged for my gloves, I have already went out and bought a new pair of gloves at my local gloves store so sending another would result in me having two pairs of the same gloves.
